Hi, I’m Shailyn, the chef behind Seasoned With Shay. I'm a soon-to-be graduate of the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, and my love for cooking started when I was just 7 years old. By 17, I was already working in the restaurant industry, gaining invaluable experience.
After years in the fast-paced world of restaurants, I decided to shift my focus to personal chef services. I believe that great food starts with passion, commitment, and dedication—and that everyone deserves a meal made with those three key ingredients.
