Final guaranteed guest count is required 14 calendar days prior to the event.
If a function for under 20 guests is cancelled at least 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled event, half of the 50% deposit will be returned, for any event for more than 20 guests a 30-day notice will be required. Any cancellation less than 14 days will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
The client is responsible for order accuracy. Please double check dates, times, and quantities, as well as billing and delivery information.
Menu changes can be made up to 7 days before the scheduled event, subject to availability of products and pricing adjustments.
If the event is outside our 30 mile service radius, reimbursement of expenses for us to get to/or stay will be required.
Client is responsible for any rental or catering equipment that is lost, stolen or damaged. Charges will apply. Our team will return once for catering equipment. Additional charges may apply if we have to return twice for catering equipment.
